Brownie Skillet Cookies

Recipe for brownie skillet cookies 1/2 melted butter 3/4 brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips Combine butter and brown sugar, add egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add milk chocolate chips. Portion the dough into 8 mini skillet pans and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F. Best served warm and with a scoop of ice cream.
