Snickers Cookie

Recipe for Snickers Cookies 1 cup butter softened to room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilia extract 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts 2 Snickers bars chopped into chunks Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips, peanuts, and Snickers chunks. Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour. Remove from the fridge and roll into 1 tbsp balls, place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper at least 3 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy!
