1. When will I receive my order?

As a rule (save for banana bread, which requires a 5-day lead time for banana ripening), any order placed before 5 pm Eastern Time will be baked the same evening and mailed or rush delivered the next business day. Custom orders and delivery may also be arranged.

2. What shipping methods do you offer?

I offer USPS Priority Mail (1-2 business day delivery) for $12, USPS Express Mail (1 business day delivery) for $25 and Rush Delivery, which is a New York City-only next-day hand delivery service available for all products. Cupcakes require Rush Delivery, because of their delicacy! Rush Delivery costs $20.

3. How long will the cookies stay fresh?

All of my products are baked to order with the freshest ingredients, so their shelf-lives will not be long ones after they arrive! Cookies will last 2 days in a sealed plastic bag; brownies and blondies will last 3 in an air-tight contianer or in plastic wrap; cupcakes will last 3-4 days in a well-sealed container and banana bread, in plastic wrap, will stay fresh for 5 days.
